Refund and Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Protection Law)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Customers must notify us of their intention to return before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
  • A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the Withdrawal Form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Digital products and software keys once activated or downloaded.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Sealed items that were opened after delivery for health/hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments).
